Join Our Association and/or MLS!
If you would like to join the South Tahoe Association of REALTORS® as a Subscriber of our Multiple Listing Service, REALTOR® or Both, please click on the link below to obtain all of the required application forms. Fill them out completely, include your signature and your broker’s signature where applicable, and return them to us by fax, mail or email with payment. Once we verify that your California Real Estate License is current and in good standing, we may begin processing your application. Please allow two business days for applications to be processed.
Please note that a salesperson may only become an MLS subscriber once their Broker has become an MLS Participant. Also, a salesperson may only join as a REALTOR® once their office broker or corporate officer has joined as the designated REALTOR®
Also, please note that cancellations/terminations of MLS subscriptions and/or membership may only be processed after our office receives notification in writing signed by the broker of record. In order to avoid fees, cancellations of MLS subscriptions must be received prior to the billing quarter. Our billing quarters begin on January 1, April 1, July 1 & October 1.

| Realtor® Only - (Property Managers, Licensed Assistants, etc.) This applicant is required to attend New Member Orientation, be inducted and complete ethics training within 3 months of joining. Orientations are held quarterly. Realtor® members working as licensed assistants in a clerical capacity only must attend Rapattoni MLS Training. This requirement may be waived if the applicant is already using the Rapattoni system with another MLS. Realtor® only members may qualify for exemption from MLS fees. | Affiliate Member - Association Only Member Affiliate members are businesses in support of the real estate industry, such as lenders, title companies and home inspectors. Offices must only pay dues once for each staff person in the office to be recognized as Affiliate members; however, in order to be listed in rosters, separate applications much be completed for each person. | Affiliate Application Email authorization (optional) Fee Schedule |
