Affordable Housing in South Lake Tahoe

The South Lake Tahoe Association of REALTORS aims to promote housing opportunities and choices for all levels of affordability, to assist in providing attainable housing for the work force in our communities through advocating for assistance programs; development of more multi-level housing; education of the positive outcome of providing a balance of housing choices in our community; and improving communications between stake holders.

In addition, the Affordable Housing Committee works with other local agencies to implement projects, and to promote housing opportunities in our community. They also work to educate the members and public about housing affordability barriers and opportunities.
