Apply for a C.A.R. Director At Large position with STAR!

Due to requests, South Tahoe Association of REALTORS leadership has established a policy allowing STAR members in good standing to apply to serve as an appointed California Association of REALTORS voting Director & Delegate.  Are you interested in serving in this capacity?  If so, please click on the links below to download the policies pertaining to the position, and an application.  The deadline to apply is July 31, 2015.  Please contact STAR staff with any questions by phone at 530.541.7007 or send an email to STAOR@STAOR.org.

POINTS TO REMEMBER:

• Interested members must submit an application by July 31, 2015
• Applicants will be interviewed by a panel of two members of the Executive Committee and one STAR Past President
• Applicants must be prepared to meet the commitments outlined in the policy, including travel to three (3) California Association of REALTORS meetings each year they are appointed
• Applicants must be prepared to pay their own expenses, although they will have the opportunity to receive reimbursement of up to $100 per day, dependent upon STAR’s budget
