Back by popular demand, The South Tahoe Association of REALTORS® Education Team is bringing C.A.R.’S GOV HUTCHINSON back to South Lake Tahoe with the LINE by LINE Purchase Agreement Contract Class. The California Residential Purchase Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions Form (RPA-CA) is the cornerstone of every successful real estate transaction in the state of California and there are several essential concepts, principles, and facts about this form that all REALTORS® should know.

  • Principal preparation of an offer made using the RPA-CA and related forms.
