If you would like to join the South Tahoe Association of REALTORS® as a Subscriber of our Multiple Listing Service, REALTOR® or as an Affiliate, please click on the link below to obtain all of the required application forms. Fill them out completely, include your signature and your broker’s signature where applicable, and return them to us by fax, mail or email with payment. Once we verify that your California Real Estate License is current and in good standing, we may begin processing your application. Please allow two business days for applications to be processed.
Please note that a salesperson may only become an MLS subscriber once their Broker has become an MLS Participant. Also, a salesperson may only join as a REALTOR® once their office broker or corporate officer has joined as the designated REALTOR®
Also, please note that cancellations/terminations of MLS subscriptions and/or membership may only be processed after our office receives notification in writing signed by the broker of record. In order to avoid fees, cancellations of MLS subscriptions must be received prior to the billing quarter. Our billing quarters begin on January 1, April 1, July 1 & October 1.
